Fiber optic adapters (also known as fiber optic couplers) are key devices for realizing active fiber connections in fiber optic communication systems. Fiber optic adapters achieve precise docking between different optical fibers. System test assistance: During equipment installation, commissioning and daily maintenance, technicians often need to simulate the signal attenuation after long-distance transmission. The adjustable attenuator can easily provide various attenuation values, greatly simplifying the test process.

Safety protection function: During optical line monitoring and maintenance, the attenuator can prevent strong light from causing damage to personnel eyes or sensitive equipment, and is an important safety protection device.
